Radiation hardness of digital isolators
Software and hardware support for experiment preparation in cooperation with Jayasimha Vijaykumar Bagalkote. Measurement task can be splitted into three parts:

- SEL test (Single Event Latchups): Complete SW solution including communication of instruments (voltage sources, multimeters, relays, etc.), data acquisition and storage. All controled by Labview SW. This part is ready for use.
- SET test (Single Event Transients): Looking for best HW solution optimized for precision and speed. Still in progress.
- SEDIR test: HV source interface was developed (RS232 communication protocol). Waiting for final test. Still in progress.

TEC facility software tools
TEC (Test of Electrical Components) is new laboratory located at Seibersdorf Laboratories. Irradiation is done by cobalt source furnished by Izotop company (Hungary). Following SW should be developed:
TEC (Test of Electrical Components) is new laboratory located at Seibersdorf Laboratories. Irradiation is done by cobalt source furnished by Izotop company (Hungary). Following SW should be developed:
- DSA (Data Storage Application) - LabVIEW intefrace between Izotop software and SQL database.
- PTW - complex independent LabVIEW software for controll PTW Multichannel dosimeter furnished by PTW Freiburg. Data are stored directly in SQL database
- SQL database - data storage for measured values, status of devices and errors from DSA and PTW.

- SET test (Single Event Transients): Native Instruments offered to build dedicated measurement system.
- SEDIR test: For this test different HV source will be used (new SMU unit with simple communication interface).
