This activity was also a part of EuCPAD - European Crew Personal Active Dosemeter project and Seibersdorf Laboratories is
a participating partner in TEPC construction and characterization.

Annual ARDENT Workshop at IBA, Schwarzenbruck (Germany)
The workshop was co-organised by CERN and IBA. The ARDENT Annual Workshop gathered together the ESR's, Supervisors and Partners. A poster session and progress-presentation was done by each ESR. In addition, there was training course on Quality Assurance in Radiotherapy and Diagnostics. SEGR/SEB Tests in COTS components
Dr. Michael Wind and I carried out a measurement campaign for ECI project on the 11th of February 2015 at the RADEF heavy ion facility of the University of Jyväskylä, Finland. The investigated devices are two p-channel power MosFET's: SPD04P10G from Infineon and STS3P6F6 from ST-microelectronics.The main objective of the experiments was to investigate the safe operating area of these two devices in a high LET radiation environment, i.e. in heavy ion fields having surface LETs within a range of 18.5 to 60 MeV.cm2/mg

I visited IBA Dosimetry, Schwarzenbruck for a 2-week training period in product-management under the supervision of Mr. Salih Arican, Senior Product Mangaer. The business-domain was Radiotherapy solutions and Quality Assurance activities in particular. The specific activities included: Competition analyses for Daily Quality Assurance solutions, Market assessment,Financial calculations for profitability/viability of Product for a Positioning paper.

CNES/ESA Radiation Effects Final Presentation Days
This was the sixth CNES ESA joint final presentation days in the field of EEE Component radiation effects. It covered recent final results of CNES and ESA R&D activities. I presented the results on behalf of the project group, from ECI project regarding measurement campaigns for TID and SEGR in commercial Power MosFET's (from Infineon and STM)and also presented the status and overview of REDI (Radiation Evaluation of Digital Isolators) project. It also provided a good opportunity to exchange contacts with other groups working in Radiation Hardness Assurance
